No, we do not accept insurance directly. This is because patients often end up paying large co-pays, (sometimes as much or more than we charge for an appointment) on top of premiums/deductibles, all to have their care dictated by what an insurance company decides is right, for a patient they’ve never met. With New Age Chiropractic Strength PLLC, care must be patient-centered, not insurance company-centered.

However, we can provide a Superbill, which is an official document of what Dr. Shaw does for your evaluation & treatment on a given visit. You can take this document to your insurance provider to get yourself partially or completely reimbursed, depending on the insurer.

We accept HSA cards, cash, check, and credit/debit cards at the end of your appointment. Then, we can supply you with a superbill upon request, so that you may attempt to collect reimbursement from your insurance provider.
