Why house calls?

House calls are the most patient-oriented form of healthcare. You can book the day & time of your appointment on our Home Page or call at (315) 719-7184. Dr. Shaw will be at your front door come appointment time, with everything professionally needed to manage a wide array of conditions including but not limited to; low back pain, knee issues, elbow pain, carpel tunnel syndrome, neck pain, headaches, TMJ, arm pain, sciatica, shoulder issues, hip issues, and the list goes on.

“His [Dr. Shaw] detailed diagnosis and examination to really pinpoint the issue is much greater than what most doctors would do and it really assisted me in getting back to where I needed to be.”

Does New Age accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance directly. This is because patients often end up paying large co-pays, (sometimes as much or more than we charge for an appointment) on top of premiums/deductibles, all to have their care dictated by what an insurance company decides is right, for a patient they’ve never met. With New Age Chiropractic Strength PLLC, care must be patient-centered, not insurance company-centered. However, we can provide a Superbill, which is an official document of what Dr. Shaw does for your evaluation & treatment on a given visit. You can take this document to your insurance provider to get yourself partially or completely reimbursed, depending on the insurer.

How can I pay for my visit?

We accept HSA cards, cash, check, and credit/debit cards at the end of your appointment. Then, we can supply you with a superbill upon request, so that you may attempt to collect reimbursement from your insurance provider.
